Idaho SR LLC. is looking hard @ an area  zoned for a couple of commercial building . As dune enthusiasts or selves we think it would be a great  to have a convenience store with fuel and supplies, possibly a sandwich shop inside the store as well . The only parts store at the dunes is located on government land and try as they may the BLM will not allow them to sell fuel. The second building being a repair shop offering parts tire repair and even welding repair work . Many people travel a great distance to enjoy the dunes and a break down can really put a damper on the fun .  Lets face it even the best toys break down and the faster they go the more they break. 

Looking to Build a Storage Complex @ the Resort

As developers we are looking for input from customers regarding storage units at the dunes .  The idea being a security fenced perimeter around the buildings and storage units of varying  sizes . We would love input on what you would be interested in storing . A combination of small units to keep a ATV or two some oil supplies ect , and possibly some larger units to keep a trailer with sand cars inside . With the cost of fuel we believe many people would love to be able to leave the toys here and make a few easy driving trips over the summer to enjoy the dunes . The other question up for discussion is if these units should be for lot owners only or be made available to the general public . The units would likely be rented on a yearly basis so keep that in mind when deciding if you would be committed to one .
