Utilities
Many lot owners plan to dry camp @ the resort with there self container
RV Motor Home & 5th Wheel or Travel trailer as most Sand dune
enthusiasts are accustom to going to remote locations to enjoy the sport
and get away from the crowds . The Idaho Sand Dunes are being discovered
and will in the very near future development of Utilities such as Power
lines traveling near the Resort is certainly not too far off . Lot owners
such as my family plan to start with many of our own on site utilities
such as drilling a water well thus giving us the ability to water some
grass and addition trees we will be planting on our lot . We are going
to build a well house building and on an elevated area and instal
a small under ground water tank . By utilizing water pressure from the
drop in elevation we will use solar technology to charge a battery bank
that will at night open sprinkler system control valves for landscape
watering . For lot owners on area without elevation drop a RV type 12 volt
water pump can provide up to 5gpm to do the same job via solar power .
Our well house building will also house a generator tied to the well pump
and water tank float automaticly starting when needed to fill the water
tank , and also provide electricity when we desire to power all of our
motor homes without using our motor home on board generators. All of these
items will give us an emergency backup in the future after conventional
electricity has developed to the resort . You can even have internet
access @ the resort via the cell phone internet system and control
and monitor systems and surveillance of you property from where ever in
the world you are or live . This smart house technolagy is now readily
available and in use all over the world .
WATER
Utilities will be done by each Individual Lot Owner by drilling
a well witch under Idaho law provides that any individual will be granted
a well drilling permit for personal and private use.

SEWER
Meetings and planning with the local government agency overseeing
sewer systems have already taken place including digging test holes all
over the resort . A standard septic tank system will cost roughly $ 2,500
. Please be advised that many areas of the resort have Lava rock
beneath it that will require added expense in removing rock to install
a standard sewer system or instal an optional sewer system specially designed
to work in shallow soil depth.

Electricity
As the resort sells out the home owner association can take a look
@ the joint expense of having a power line run to the resort , or decide
to wait for future development to provide power @ at a location closer
to the resort.
Home Owners Association
The home owners or property owner association will be set up in the
same manner as it is done all over the country . The association will oversee
the enforcement of the resort covenants , address future changes that may
be needed and oversee the expenditures from association funds for items
such as road maintenance and improvements . Decisions regarding hooking
up to available utilities will also be addressed in this manner .
